The Mark of the Beast
And how to avoid it.
The Beast is all around. It is above, below and within. Yet it stays hidden in plain sight.
Regardless of religious ideology, most people have at least heard of the concept known as the "Mark of the Beast". It originates from the Bible, specifically the book of Revelation as part of apocalyptic literature. Unfortunately, due to a general lack of knowledge concerning the story of ancient humanity and more importantly the ancient Jewish faith, this topic is grossly misunderstood and therefore misrepresented. I believe this is by design. With that being said, I wanted to briefly explain what the actual mark is because until you do, you're likely to fall victim to its operation regardless of what you may believe. Knowing the truth of the matter is critical to your every day life as members of society are slowly becoming dispossessed of individual sovereignty.
In much of my writing I mention "the system". In fact, in my last article, "The giants want you poor. Here's how you can fight back and build wealth", I referenced the system several times. With each article I hope to help you visualize a mosaic which contains interwoven parts that are all connected to a central narrative. The system is a piece of that larger narrative and it is a major piece. For reasons I may explain at a another time, it's critical that I communicate the narrative in the fashion that I do. Frankly, there are simply many moving parts of the systematically woven web that need to be untangled.
Many think the mark of the beast relates to things such as microchip implants, mind control programs or some sort of 666 tattoo. They couldn't be more wrong. These ideas are merely part of the beast's deception and anyone that has believed in these ideas have already fell for its lies. The chief reason why people have fallen victim to this narrative is because humanity has forgotten its ancient past —another point I often stress in my work:
It is a shame that humanity has forgotten its ancient past and I don't mean ghost stories or legends of imagination. I'm referring to our understanding of the cosmos and our role within it. Despite ancient records left by our ancestors, people today often reject the substance of their writings for lack of "evidence", which really means: If we can't recreate it then it couldn't have happened, regardless of what's been recorded throughout history. Hello hubris. 1
In order to understand the mark of the beast, you must first understand the cosmic backdrop that this idea rests upon —also derived from the Bible. The mark of the beast is known as the "anti-Shema". If you're familiar with the book of Deuteronomy then you've undoubtedly come across the Shema:
4 “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. - Deuteronomy 6:4–5 (ESV)
The Shema is an ancient Jewish prayer that captures the heart's disposition of those who follow Yahweh. This prayer is lifted from Deuteronomy and provides identification for those with exclusive allegiance to Him. The ancient Israelites were set aside from every other nation on the planet after the Babel event per Deuteronomy 32:8-9, and were effectively "marked" by God as His own people. Thus, we can rightly say that the Shema is in essence a way to identify those who bear God's name.
The ancient Israelites were instructed to live a certain way as God's representatives and to bind the ways of God on their hand and as frontlets between their eyes.
6 And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. - Deuteronomy 6:6–8 (ESV)
Frontlets were decorative headbands that were worn by the high priests, women, and later in the second century pharisees who were known to attach parchments of scripture to them. The point was for the ancient Israelites to embed the ways of Yahweh deep within their conscience so they would not stray. Their thought-life was to be penetrated with the ways of Yahweh. This would be reflected in how they carried out Yahweh's commands which was the significance of the hand. In deed and in thought, the ancient Israelite was to reflect the image and ways of God.
However, Deuteronomy is not the only place where we find language related to the idea of God's people being bound to Himself in relationship. Yahweh uses this language as a reminder to what He did to free Israel from Egypt in the book of Exodus:
8 You shall tell your son on that day, ‘It is because of what the Lord did for me when I came out of Egypt.’ 9 And it shall be to you as a sign on your hand and as a memorial between your eyes, that the law of the Lord may be in your mouth. For with a strong hand the Lord has brought you out of Egypt. - Exodus 13:8–9 (ESV)
16 It shall be as a mark on your hand or frontlets between your eyes, for by a strong hand the Lord brought us out of Egypt.” - Exodus 13:16 (ESV)
We see this marking language again in the book of Revelation concerning the eschaton —end times:
14 Then I looked, and behold, on Mount Zion stood the Lamb, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads. - Revelation 14:1 (ESV)
And when the new world is ushered in with a new Eden every believer will be marked —just as the faithful ancient Israelites were:
3 No longer will there be anything accursed, but the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will worship him. 4 They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. - Revelation 22:3–4 (ESV)
But there's an antithesis to this reality. While God's people are marked, so are those who reject God and His ways of earthly stewardship. We also see this language —marking of the head and hand— in the context of the "beast".
9 And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, - Revelation 14:9 (ESV)
4 Then I saw thrones, and seated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. - Revelation 20:4 (ESV)
To drive the point home that this "marking" has nothing to do with microchips or any other dystopian ideas, the book of Ezekiel captures an incident where God instructed one of His divine members to mark citizens of an idolatrous city to be spared from His divine executioners.
4 And the Lord said to him, “Pass through the city, through Jerusalem, and put a mark on the foreheads of the men who sigh and groan over all the abominations that are committed in it.” 5 And to the others he said in my hearing, “Pass through the city after him, and strike. Your eye shall not spare, and you shall show no pity. 6 Kill old men outright, young men and maidens, little children and women, but touch no one on whom is the mark. And begin at my sanctuary.” So they began with the elders who were before the house. - Ezekiel 9:4–6 (ESV)
To be marked is not a physical alteration of the body. Markings are a spiritual identifier that communicate your allegiance in the supernatural realm in the midst of a spiritual war. This is why it's important to understand what it means to be a slave in the world's system, a cog in the wheel or a battery for the machine. I use this language quite frequently because it's imperative that we all see the beast for what it is. Sadly, people underestimate the beast as well as the spiritual enemies of darkness.
The beast, simply put, is a socio-economic system that oppresses humanity and instigates violence. To what end you might ask? As I've shared in previous articles, to push humans to the brink of extinction unless our servitude is offered up to the very same demons that have been around since the dawn of humanity. It is out of desperation that ancient humanity was willing to go so far as sacrifice their own children upon burning alters. The same alters that also served as temple sanctuaries for evil supernatural entities.
As I've said before, we have forgotten our ancient past. I believe this is the chief reason why so many people have been duped into thinking the "mark of the beast" has something to do with technology despite the fact marking of humans date back to antiquity.
There is a way that the world was designed to operate at the hands of humans —who were given God's divine authority— being created as the stewards to propagate God's kingdom starting from Eden. Albeit there was a cataclysmic failure that arose out of the Garden, the job is still the same and every human is supposed to carry out his or her duty as image bearers —people who bear Yahweh's name.
Much of what I write about is the juxtaposition of modern society as it concerns how humanity was originally designed to live. The beast is and has always been present unbeknownst to many people who have fallen for how modern civilization operates. Part of the beast's allure are concepts such as "human progression" or "societal advancement". Chasing fictional narratives around the idea of improving the human experience —which only comes by way of human inventions— is part of the beast's ploy. It's the zenith of marketing. Humans have been convinced the now is better than the past, but at the same time it is no where near as good as it can be in the future. This is an old scheme that started in the Garden. The overall objective of the demonic realm is to keep us focused on "fake progression" —more technology, space, medicines, convenience, pleasure and longevity— that we slowly trade away our lives and subsequently our souls in order to obtain these things for us and our children. It's the perfect honey pot.
The global health crisis I often speak of isn't an accident. World governments encroaching on freedom of speech and privacy isn't an accident. The human race losing its eyesight at a rapid pace is not an accident. The moral decay of civilization is not an accident. The global child sex-trafficking ring is not an accident. The Biden Administration announcing March 31 —this Easter Sunday— as Transgender Visibility Day is not an accident. The war on gender to blur the lines between what God created as male and female is not an accident. The addiction to endless scrolling and entertainment is not an accident. The lack of educational rigor around financial literacy is not an accident —you're not supposed to have sovereign wealth. The rise of institutionalized and hidden knowledge we call "academia" is not an accident. The creation of the monsters we call Big Pharma and Big Food are not accidents. The lack of knowledge concerning the truth of ancient humanity is not an accident. The fact that modern humanity considers ancient gods mythical creations is not an accident. All of this and more has been engineered to manufacture a fictitious world that consumes all energy from our life's blood. This energy is used to keep the beast going. This is precisely why something so basic as healthy foods has to be "googled", despite humans living on earth for many millennia. It's a reprogramming of the human race. I call this "The Loop" and we're all stuck in it.
The erasure of our ancient past from human memory laid the ground work for the current system to be in play. It takes an incredible amount of discernment, discipline and wisdom to see through the veil. Every day citizens of earth go about their daily lives believing they're fighting against the evil that persists for the advancement of humanity, not fully realizing they've already lost the battle. War is full of strategy and deception. No good warrior lays their plans out for the enemy to counter and the entities of spiritual darkness have been here for thousands of years. You and I get 70 on average if we're lucky.
We must challenge everything we've come to know in every area of our lives. This is the only way to begin to break out of the system which is the beast. Failure to do so will result in moving closer to the enemies of spiritual darkness where they will receive our allegiance so that we as a human race may survive only as slaves. To reject one's duty as God's image bearer in order to function as an underpinning for the beast's system is to bear the Mark of the Beast. And all those who have already given their allegiance bear its name.
