Hi Terrence thank you for your service. Love a lot of the things you shared here. I’m curious if the bio toxins you were exposed to were heavy metals? Have you heard of the heavy metal detox smoothie; spirulina, barley grass juice powder, Atlantic dulse, wild blueberries, cilantro, bananas, orange you might be interested in this hearing your background on exposure while deployed.

Hey thanks Daniel! And yes I’ve heard of those. My protocol demands something stronger (cholestyramine) as it has the right chemical charge to attract biotoxins; plant binders have a negative charge as CSM is positively charged. Plus the CSM prevents recirculating of toxins due to their binding effect.

Mmm bacon and eggs. With homebaked beans and maple syrup. Yeah Canadian here.

Thanks for your posts! They are informative.

It’s amazing the lengths they’re going to and all in such innocuous ways. Target every angle of everything.

I went almost vegetarian once mostly just from having no taste for meat. Damn near starved! Ended up malnourished and anemic. I feel so much better back on meat.

You mention basically only red meat. What do you think of the rest? Chicken, fish of all kinds, shellfish, etc. Do they all have their place?

Yeah I doubled down on beef because that's the meat often most attacked despite its nutrient profile. I believe they absolutely have their place in the sense I'd say they're second to beef 😆. They lack the nutrient profile of beef but I certainly wouldn't shy away from any meat. I eat bacon and eggs every single day as well. Personally nothing else satisfies me as much as red meat.

And I also tried the vegetarian thing many years ago...agreed. Almost starved to death.
