Meat keeps you alive; which is why you're told to avoid it.
This is what you're not told about the most nutritious food on earth.
Feigned retreat: A feigned retreat is a military tactic, a type of feint, whereby a military force pretends to withdraw or to have been routed, in order to lure an enemy into a position of vulnerability.
When I tell people my "diet" consists of eating 98% meat -primarily red meat- and 2% fruit their eyes almost fall out of their heads. The responses I get are certainly warranted considering what we've all been programmed to believe about food and meat in particular. To many, for me to say that I eat an animal-based diet or the more extreme version -carnivore- is practically no different then me saying, "Yes I love playing Russian roulette during my down time as a way to unwind". It goes against every fiber of our programmed being. Immediately the questions concerning saturated fat, cholesterol, protein poisoning, fiber, cancer and general boredom surface. It's unfortunate that this is where we are in society -a world where people believe they are in control but in fact are not. A world where even in the face of illness people still believe they're doing the right thing simply because they're following the latest popular advice despite not getting any better.
I mentioned in an earlier article that nutrition science was broken. Yes, it's basically garbage. What most people don't know -and what I desperately want you to know- is that our knowledge concerning a proper human diet is based off of horrible and misguided research from the recent past and influenced by companies looking to increase their profit margins. Companies that produce food to create illness so pharmaceutical companies can produce drugs to mitigate the symptoms. So we're dealing with a couple of issues here. Ignorance and oftentimes willful and pure unadulterated evil. But the question one must ask is, to what end?
I'm going to ask you to think a bit more deeply for a second. A typical response to why companies or even the government operate in an antithetical way towards humanity is money, greed, power or all of the above. But if you think critically about this answer, it's found wanting. If all of humanity is dying from cancer and or metabolic syndrome- how long can one profit? And who is there to control if everyone is dead? The human race isn't maintaining illness. This would be the best nefarious path towards maximizing corporate wealth; create an illness, then charge for the cure. However, we have illnesses and no real cures. So we are actually progressing in disease. This isn't my opinion, it is a fact supported by plenty of data.
But let's get back to the issue of eating meat.
The Ancel Keys deception
The title of progenitor for "red meat is bad" goes to none other than American physiologist, Ancel Keys. He was known for researching the relationship between nutrition and coronary heart disease. In 1952 he coined what would become known as the "diet-heart hypothesis" which states saturated fat as the cause of cardiovascular disease by raising total cholesterol levels in the blood. Remember, I stated this was his hypothesis. This is important to remember because Keys never found an actual causation to prove out his hypothesis and furthermore, the studies conducted by Keys were proven to have been bad science.
Here are some points from his paper, Atherosclerosis A Problem in Newer Public Health:
"It is a fact that, on the average, persons afflicted with diabetes, myxedema and nephrosis tend to have high cholesterol and the other serum peculiarities mentioned above. Among these patients there is a high incidence of atherosclerosis and degenerative heart disease."
"It is a fact that in animal experiments those measures, such as high cholesterol diets and thyroid suppression, which produce high levels of cholesterol and allied substances in the serum, are also productive of atherosclerosis."
"It is a fact that a major characteristic of the atherosclerotic artery is the presence of abnormal amounts of cholesterol in that artery. The atherosclerotic plaque consists of 40 to 70 per cent cholesterol. It is extremely probable that most or all of this cholesterol is derived from the blood. The cholesterol in the blood does not exist as a simple solution of free and ester cholesterol; it is carried in lipo-protein complexes."
Keys decided to target cholesterol as the causation for heart disease simply because he saw a correlation between it and "abnormal" amounts of cholesterol build-up in the arterial wall of those with heart disease. He also noted the correlation between high levels of total cholesterol in those with diabetes and other diseases. However, correlation doesn't equal causation and Keys was a master of conflating the two as seen by a graph included in his paper:
Keys made the argument that the increase in dietary fat consumption was the smoking gun for the increase in heart disease in Americans compared to other populations. But this is simply correlation. To elucidate my point, I could say it's a fact that more people drown during the summer but that doesn't mean the sun is the cause of drownings due to its increased exposure during this time of year.
This study of correlation is known as his Seven Countries Study where he cherry-picked certain countries with lower saturated fat intake and lower instances of heart disease in order to bolster his argument. However, countries that showed a high intake of saturated fats with instances of low heart disease -such as Chile, France and many others- were left out of his study in order to skew the results in his favor.
He then had this to say:
“Whether or not cholesterol etc., are involved, it must be concluded that dietary fat somehow is associated with cardiac diseases mortality, at least in middle age.”
Somehow? Somehow? Yet his "findings" were embraced and nutritionists across America were forced to start recommending saturated fat to be replaced with toxic products such as polyunsaturated seed oils. Don't believe me? Here's the 1961 American Heart Associations recommendations from their site:

To make matters worse, during the 1960s and 1970s large, randomized, controlled clinical trials were conducted which involved replacing saturated fats with polyunsaturated fats from vegetable oils. These trials provided little support for the diet-heart hypothesis. Despite lowering total cholesterol levels there were no observable reductions in either cardiovascular or total mortality. Yet, by then Keys with his horrible findings had made too much progress within the nutrition industry. Saturated fat and primarily red meat had become the villain in a story Keys made up. Everyone bought into it.
From 1968-1973 the largest study of the diet-heart hypothesis -Minnesota Coronary Experiment- was put to the test and this was the conclusion:
Available evidence from randomized controlled trials shows that replacement of saturated fat in the diet with linoleic acid effectively lowers serum cholesterol but does not support the hypothesis that this translates to a lower risk of death from coronary heart disease or all causes. Findings from the Minnesota Coronary Experiment add to growing evidence that incomplete publication has contributed to overestimation of the benefits of replacing saturated fat with vegetable oils rich in linoleic acid.
This was also the findings from the Women's Health Initiative -which is the largest study focused exclusively on post-menopausal women:
These studies neatly disprove the diet-heart hypothesis since adoption of ‘heart healthy’ eating not only failed to influence future cardiac events in the healthy but it increased such events in the unhealthy and worsened diabetic control in those with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
That's right. This low-fat diet actually made type 2 diabetes worse. You're probably wondering how that could happen. It's because when you lower fat consumption you typically increase carbohydrate intake -including fruits and vegetables- to make up for the caloric deficit which spikes blood sugars. I just dropped a gem which we'll revisit in another article.
There have been numerous global studies conducted in the last few decades that debunk the diet-heart hypothesis yet it is still an idea pushed despite lack of evidence. Why? Because this has become part of a larger plan to control our food supply which is predicated -in part- around the idea of profit and control, not nutrition.
Saturated fats are predominantly found in animal foods. Or put another way, food sources that can't be easily engineered for massive profit margins like soy, sunflower or corn oils. Oils that many packaged goods contain. And before you think the solution is as simple as eating more "whole foods", it's not. That's more deception because we've all been lied to as to what's healthy for humans. Remember I mentioned nutrition science is broken. So no, eating a whole food diet isn't the best solution to optimal health. We'll break this down over future articles.
For now, what I want you to know is that the foods you've been taught to demonize are foods your body actually needs to thrive. This is why I continue to point out that ever since the 1980s Dietary Guidelines were introduced, disease has skyrocketed. These guidelines pushed -and still do- a low-fat high-carbohydrate diet with whole foods as part of the psyop to deceive you. Meaning, if you're eating fruits, veggies, nuts and grains you'll be convinced you're eating a proper healthy, human diet, despite robbing your body of the most bioavailable nutrients found only in meat. We live in a time where red meat consumption is the lowest it has ever been yet meat -specifically red meat- is still villainized as the culprit behind heart disease.
Which is why I wasn't too surprised when the New York Post dropped this article claiming 12% of men are eating half of the beef supply. It goes on to make non-evidence backed claims such as:
And this heavy consumption of beef has significant health impacts on those Americans who are eating half of our steaks, meatballs, weiners and hamburgers.
I also found this statement by study author Dr. Diego Rose pretty amusing:
“We focused on beef because of its impact on the environment, and because it’s high in saturated fat, which is not good for your health,” Rose said.
Dr. Rose is a nutritionist and I will continue to say this, nutrition science is broken. Yet Dr. Rose isn't aware of this fact. Nor is Dr. Rose aware of the minuscule carbon footprint cows have on the environment in comparison to deforestation and farming practices that disrupt ecosystems killing millions of animals and insects through displacement, use of pesticides and insecticides -through the continual use of heavy fossil-fuel burning equipment. But sure, cows breaking wind is what's massively contributing to global warming. We're all being influenced to substitute beef for things like chicken and turkey because they are easier to raise at scale and they have greater profit margins. These are also foods with a much lower nutrient profile than red meat but are peddled as superior options. This is factually incorrect.
Beef literally contains everything the human body needs to not only live, but thrive. No other food on the planet packs this kind of profile. If you're wondering why the CDC and USDA encourage eating a wide range of foods, it's because once you drop red meat and saturated fats you immediately start depleting your body of necessary nutrients to thrive. A move that would have never catapulted the human race through eras such as the Ice Ages. Or during the time ancient humanity was made up of non-global, disconnected societies that didn't have a grocery store around the corner to choose from a global buffet of foods.
Contrary to popular belief, the human body needs lots of saturated fat. Here's a list of a few benefits the global elites don't want you to be aware of:
60% of your brain is made of fat. 50% of the fat in your brain is saturated, and critical for cognitive function
Saturated fats are the building blocks of many key hormones
Consuming a low-carb high-fat diet can increase LDL particle size–which reduces risk of heart disease
Enhances calcium absorption
Saturated fats can increase HDL, the “good cholesterol”
Protects the liver
Supports lung function
Now, when we look at cholesterol, it is a fat and the body -especially the brain- needs it to prevent cognitive decline. Cholesterol is also produced by the body and the production will increase as you age. Cholesterol is now known to be more complex than what was thought back in the 1950s and 1960s. It isn't a simple matter of high or low cholesterol equals bad or good levels as there are different types, sizes and particle densities. If you want to know why this nonsense about cholesterol is still being peddle to the public, it's because the Statin industry is a global multi-billion dollar industry made up of players such as Pfizer Inc., AstraZeneca plc, Merck & Co., Inc., Novartis International AG, GlaxoSmithKline plc and plenty of others. They all continue to get richer from the selling of statins.
I want you to now to think about the global epidemic of mental health, diabetes and cancer and ask yourself, why the rise? Especially if we've all been taught to eat a diet that is majority plant based -grains, cereals, fruits, vegetables, alternative milks, seed oils and nuts. And asked to minimize meat intake, particularly fatty red meat. Ask yourself why there's a war on meat and not on sugar. Now, you will probably hear that no, there's no such thing as a war on meat while companies backed by billions of dollars seek to create synthetic meat -known as Cellular Agriculture- while pushing the narrative meat is bad for humans and the environment. But if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck...it ain't gorilla.
The human race is being brought to its knees. Remember the term "feigned retreat" at the start of this article? We're all being lulled into a false sense of security by the same evil beings that have been around since the pre-flood era -demons- who had the same motivation then as they do today, extinction of humanity unless your servitude is offered. And just like in the ancient days of humanity, people will be willing to go as far as to give up their firstborn to preserve their own lives and societal wealth. So if you want to be healthy and fight back against the giants that be, do the opposite of what you've been told for decades and eat your fatty red meat, because your life does depend on it.
Very on point. Beef is a health food, I would add, that if you can find a rancher or farmer to buy beef from that helps them, helps you and hurts big ag / packers. ASk how they raise their animals, what they feed, how etcetera. As a cattleman that raises from conception to table, I gladly tell people about my system of raising healthy beef. No jabs, no meds, a healthy herd and using a small local butcher helps insure a clean healthy product and keeps small town America functioning. When one buys locally from a farmer / rancher you are contributing to that families future and your ability to buy whole sum products
