Very on point. Beef is a health food, I would add, that if you can find a rancher or farmer to buy beef from that helps them, helps you and hurts big ag / packers. ASk how they raise their animals, what they feed, how etcetera. As a cattleman that raises from conception to table, I gladly tell people about my system of raising healthy beef. No jabs, no meds, a healthy herd and using a small local butcher helps insure a clean healthy product and keeps small town America functioning. When one buys locally from a farmer / rancher you are contributing to that families future and your ability to buy whole sum products

Spot on Martin and I’m thankful for cattlemen such as yourself. We need more people like you to continue to educate others. What’s happening to the industry -pushing farmers off their lands, blaming cows for climate change and warring against meat- is truly despicable. Supporting local is 100% the best way to go. Thanks for all you do!

lol

So if red meat doesn't contribute to heart disease, how do you explain the explosion in the number of people with heart diseases globally?

Also, you don't mention obesity. Not once.
